Just got my bag about a week ago and it is pretty nice. Very well padded, very heavy duty zipper with two closers, seems well made. It has a single shoulder strap which is fine for a steinberger. Pocket is big enough for cord, strap, tuner and a spare set of strings. Has a little pocket on the strap for a cellphone I guess. I don't use it. Only negative is the handles for carrying the bag in hand instead of over your shoulder aren't in the right place for the bag to hang level - the bag hangs in your hand with the neck end up at about 45 degrees from vertical, which I suppose might be good in terms of going through doorways. So your hand doesn't get much benefit from the wrap around pad for the two handles - it's below the point where the handles rest in your hand. I just carry it over my shoulder because of this, which is fine. I'd buy it again if I needed another - better made and padded the the original Steinberger gig bags were by a long shot. Piano Covers Online got it in the mail right away, and packed it well. Sent it signature at delivery. Arrived from England as fast a a package from California plus a day where I live on the East Coast of USA. Sooner than I expected to see it. Nice people to deal with! Especially Karen Williams.
