In stock items usually dispatched one to two working days (Mon to Fri) after order received
Items made to order such as Amplifier Covers, Piano Covers and Piano Stools take longer. Upon receipt of a completed order we will aim to dispatch your product within 21 days. Each cover is individually made to measure and whilst we are normally able to dispatch within 7-10 days we reserve the right to extend this time during a period of exceptional activity to 21+ days.
We do not accept returns of these individual custom manufactured items.
Before returning a product please contact us to ensure that we are aware of the situation. We reserve the right to inspect the item to confirm the condition prior to agreeing the refund of purchase price less delivery costs.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified within two working days & asked if you wish to cancel or wait. Orders are dispatched via courier or Royal Mail typically on a two working day service (Mon to Fri). Delivery times cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8am and 6pm (Mon to Fri)
We regularly use Royal Mail services which can offer the ability to Track and Trace your item. Services such as Recorded Delivery and Special delivery have this facility and where used for dispatch, we will advise you of the tracking number.

Piano Covers Online uses national couriers and Royal Mail, who make every effort to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. They use the same road network as we all do, and are subject to the same delays and problems as we all experience from time to time. Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed
We deliver to addresses with a valid UK or BFPO postcode. We also deliver to addresses outside the UK. International Postage costs will be automatically calculated within your basket.
Please also note that whilst International Postage costs are shown on the shipping page, within the FAQ pages and elsewhere across our site, we do reserve the right to advise of an increased postage cost in certain circumstances. For example where we identify that the International Postage costs are significantly higher for a bulky or heavy item we would contact you and offer to cancel the order and refund or provide you with a specific and fixed postage quotation.
Most orders are shipped by courier and are insured by Piano Covers Online against loss or damage until signed for by you. It is your responsibility to inspect the carton/s for external damage before you sign for delivery. If the outer box is badly damaged, please make a note of this on the delivery note, and refuse to accept delivery.
After signing for the carton(s), please open them as soon as possible and check the contents. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in writing.
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. For most items this is a 12 month "Return To Base" warranty. You must inform Piano Covers Online of the fault in writing by email, letter or fax. Telephone notifications are not accepted. After we receive your fault notification, we will contact you with a returns reference.
For fault notifications, we require the item to be returned to us for inspection. Whilst we ask the customer to pay for this postage cost and obtain proof of posting, where it is confirmed that the item is faulty this cost will be refunded in full.
Unwanted Goods may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 28 days from receipt and must be provided with original packaging and in the original condition.
Returning An Item
Where a return has been authorised by Piano Covers Online, you (the customer) are responsible for the initial cost and safe return to Piano Covers Online of any unwanted (within stipulated timescales) or faulty goods. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition. After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item, as soon as possible and within not more than 30 days. Original Delivery (to the customer) charges are not refundable and a re-stocking fee may be applicable. Where an item is faulty the cost of return postage will be refunded in full.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to the Piano Covers Online packed in their original box or packaging, with all accessories, manuals and cables, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way.
Piano Covers Online cannot, & does not, in any way attempt to warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of an item, please contact Piano Covers Online before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.
Goods purchased from Piano Covers Online are not sold on a trial basis. In accordance with Distance selling regulations, Customers are able to request return of an unwanted item within seven days from receipt of the item (with the exception of made to measure items such as Piano Stools, Piano Covers and other manufactured to order items). These items are made to order and are non-returnable except where faulty.
Opened software cannot be accepted for return unless the product is proved defective under the manufacturers terms.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.
Our current postage charges will be displayed once you have added an item to the shopping cart and commenced the checkout process. However, we aim to provide transparency as we appreciate that postage costs (especially overseas) are expensive. Our current shipping charges are as follows, but for overseas customers please feel free to contact us for an exact quotation.
