Choosing your size, and do I need to send a template?
Size: measure the lid from one end to the other, then add the depth of the keyboard. Use that length to choose your size option.
Yamaha, Kawai, Steinway and Blüthner: no template needed – we already hold templates for these makes. Just give us the make and model.
Other makes: we may need a simple paper template of the top lid and one side. Brown paper, newspaper or wallpaper is fine. Send it straight after you order and we'll confirm when it arrives. How to make a template.
Make and model: please give the full model, not just the make, for example "Yamaha C3" or "Kawai GL-30".
The model is usually on a label inside the lid or on the back of the instrument.
